It all started in 2009...

...in the winding streets of London, where our founders defined our five core pillars - Quality, Positivity, Integrity, Creativity and Success. That’s how we work and every person who joins our team shares those values.

A cramped London office

Our founders packed into a tiny office and launched Meet, the talent provider that was all about people.

The Big Apple

Our first US office was launched in New York. The key members of this launch team are still leading our New York office today.


After just 7 years we hit 50 employees globally. And we were recognised for our commitment to our own people with a Gold Standard from Investors in People.


Biotech Bay

The West Coast called and we opened our first office in San Francisco. 

The Hub launch

We’d outgrown our operations set-up, understanding how crucial back office support was to the success of Meet we launched The Hub, setting ourselves up for further global growth.

Introducing Hannah Donaldson

As one of the founders and Chief Operating Officer, it was a natural progression for Hannah, who had played a huge part in our growth, to become Meet's CEO.

Location number 3

Our market share was growing in the DACH region so we opened an office in Berlin to make the most of opportunities in Central Europe.

Another key hire

Anton Round was appointed Global Managing Director, after supporting the business as a consultant.


A year of firsts

After just 12 months of partnering with Feefo we were awarded a Gold Award for our outstanding customer service. And we launched our Partnership Division, focused on creating and supporting our long-term relationships.

The world changes

We became a fully remote business, investing in technology and wellbeing strategies in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

New purpose, new investment

Our new purpose - Life Sciences affects us all - came out of our appreciation and renewed connection with Life Sciences post COVID-19.

NorthEdge invested in us because of our understanding of the sector and our close client relationships.


Expansion and evolution

We hit 200 staff worldwide, and we’re still growing. Our brand evolved with a new website and a new logo.
