Senior Recruiter
I am based in San Francisco, CA and have been a recruiter for life science, education, and IT. I was born and raised in the Central Valley, and attended UC Irvine, before graduating and entering the IT recruitment space in Southern California. I then pivoted and spent two years in Hong Kong to support English language learning to students. Upon returning to the states, I've dived back into sales and recruitment. Besides this, I enjoy running, a happy hour among friends, rainy days, and plant-based foods. I also am very interested in basketball and love a good discussion surrounding sports and politics.
As a Senior Recruiter for Meet, I lead our San Francisco division's Technical Operations searches for organizations that range from the small biotech to the mid-sized biopharma. I cover permanent positions from the bench scientist to the vice president level for functions in: analytical development, formulation development, process development, QC, manufacturing, CMC leadership, and related positions. I am focused on the delivery and management of candidate interactions and client management, and am constantly expanding my network to know the best in the industry.
I absolutely love putting all the pieces together when speaking with some of the most talented scientists in the biotech world. We have the privilege of working in one of the most innovative, fast-moving, and impactful biotech hubs in the entire global industry. My role is more than just about agency recruitment, but it is a career role in finding and placing people who will help solve interesting and complex problems in the pharmaceutical space.
