Originally from Russia, I moved to the states in 2006 where I found my passion for tennis which landed me at Drexel University on an athletic scholarship. I joined Meet directly out of college and moved to New York City, where I now live with my dog, Honey. In my free time, I love to travel, try out new restaurants and take workout classes! I head up the Clinical Operations team here at Meet on the East Coast, hiring individuals across all levels from Clinical Trial Associate through VPs of Clinical Operations. The best part of working in this industry is the ability to speak with extremely bright individuals and find them positions in which they will truly make an impact in the world. I find it very beneficial to form strong relationships with my candidates, in which I can learn what they look for in their ideal job and work closely to find them the best fit where they will be happy long term. My process includes thorough interview preparation calls which gives the candidate the best tools for a successful interview and negotiation on compensation that ensures the candidate will get the best possible package.
