I have been in the recruitment industry since 2011 and had the opportunity of working all over the world. I started my career in London where my focus was on Oil and Gas contract. I have since been very fortunate to travel and live in Asia with this job as well as the opportunity of working across a number of different sectors and facets of recruitment. I moved to NYC in 2017 to join Meet where I have built a number of markets and grown a team across 5 different markets.

I lead multiple markets across our Pharma/Biotech clients which include, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Pre-Clinical, Program Management and Quality & Tech Ops. I play a key role in developing new markets and attracting new business and clients to the business. A big part of my role is also focused on building the team and assisting in their development as a recruiter. The Life Sciences and Healthcare industry affects everyone and will always be a need and in demand across the world. I have worked in industries previously that have gone through huge downturns so have witnessed these pitfalls firsthand.
