Brandon Weber

Before moving to New York City, I lived in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where I grew up. I attended Pennsylvania State University where I graduated in 2020 with a degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies. That is when I knew I wanted my career to be interactive with people every day. I began my career at Meet in March 2021 and could not be happier with my decision.

Being a Clinical Operations Specialist, my role is to be sure I know the ins and outs of this industry. My goal is to continue to build my network to ensure my clients will have a strong candidate to interview when they have an opening. For my candidates, I want to be able to provide the best match possible and that they have a smooth process from start to finish by being there for them through every step.  

The reason I am passionate about Life Sciences is because of my background. I grew up with my Mother being a Nurse and my Father helping to provide medical care for facilities. With that, growing up I was heavily involved with charities and was apart of THON in High School and College. With this job, knowing that I am not just helping someone in their career but that they will have an impact in clinical research studies, makes every day a joy to work. 

I was lucky to join Meet at the start of Client Partners and have had the chance to see how this department has grown. During my time, I have built close relationships with our clients, giving me a good understanding of what they look for in a candidate and who they want to join their company. Through those relationships, I have been able to offer valuable advice to candidates to help them find the best fit.
