I joined meet back in the Summer of 2020 during. I started off on 360 contract before making a move to the delivery side, now on contract Client Partners. I got my degree in political science but always felt that my communication and people skills were what I would like to utilize most, and found recruitment to be a good way to bring those skills out on a daily basis. 

Now being fully immersed in my market and role, I have developed a good understanding of how to be of value to the both the candidates and clients that we work with.

I am a member of the newly formed Contract Client Partner team. In this role, I do account management for our key account CRO clients for all of their contract openings within Life Sciences. In addition to the account management aspect, I do delivery into the roles as well. 

I speak to candidates mainly in the Clinical Operations/Clinical Research space about current contract opportunities we have across our desk, and attempt to match make what could be a strong fit based on their motivations and ideals for a new role. 

I also handle a lot of the communication, scheduling, feedback, and day to day interaction with our points of contact at our CRO clients.

I'm passionate about Life Sciences because it's obviously a very relevant and important space that has been even more magnified since the global pandemic we have been in since early 2020. The jobs I am recruiting for and the responsibilities of the candidates I speak to feel very impactful and meaningful. It's good to attempt to make some contribution to the space by finding news jobs for people in the industry, and keeping our clients happy from a hiring standpoint so that they can continue to succeed and impact lives.
