I’ve been working with Meet since January 2014, so I’ve had the pleasure of seeing the company go from strength to strength, expanding from a small office in Soho, to now having five international sites.

Having over ten years of experience working in recruitment operations has given me a real insight into what a business like ours needs and when we will need it. So whilst a good proportion of a job like this will be reactive, I can strategically plan ahead to ensure we're not on the back foot. 

It's not a job for everyone so I'm lucky, amongst other things, to have time management, a lot of patience and a decent sense of humour on my side.

Working alongside my excellent Operations team, my function oversees a number of areas. To name just a few we have office support, travel & events, compliance & legal, core system management, vendor relations, cyber security, as well as projects to improve business efficiency to make sure the business is running compliantly. It's safe to say we are kept very busy!
