Over the past 7 years, I’ve built a career in recruitment, working across both direct sourcing and recruitment marketing roles. During this time, I’ve honed my ability to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients’ precise needs—always with an open, honest, and efficient approach that ensures successful outcomes for everyone involved.

Previously, I worked as Delivery Manager at Meet, where I led the Client Partner Contract team. In that role, I was responsible for recruiting all contract and freelance positions within our client partner portfolio—clients with whom we had established long-term, often exclusive relationships. This allowed us to provide a high-quality, consultative service and give candidates access to opportunities not available on the wider market, leveraging our close partnerships to positively influence outcomes on their behalf.

I truly care about my clients and candidates needs. The process only works if all parties are happy with the final outcome so I take a lot of time and consideration at the start of the process to ensure I have a clear understanding of all requirements from the outset. 

Now, as a Senior Researcher at Mx, Meet’s executive search arm, I focus on identifying and engaging top-tier talent for senior and executive-level positions across the life sciences industry. I’m passionate about working in a market that truly impacts everyday life, helping to connect exceptional people with organizations that are driving meaningful change.
