I started my career in recruitment in 2004 and was fortunate to join a large PLC in their training function which was where I developed my love for learning & development. For me, helping individuals develop and achieve their goals is both exciting and rewarding. I am fascinated by learning psychology and enjoy the challenge of continuously evolving learning solutions as organisations grow and develop. Throughout my career, I have been really fortunate to work with different organisations and individuals globally. My key areas of expertise include: coaching, L&D strategy development, trainer/coach development, coaching, sales training, leadership training, and learning evaluation.
I lead Meet's Global Learning & Development function and my main focus is to develop and execute our L&D strategy and design real world solutions that deliver results. I work in partnership with our sales leadership team to ensure that our programmes are relevant and support our teams at every step of their careers at Meet. I’m committed to ensuring that our consultants develop key skills prior to needing them, and am proud that we have produced learning programmes that are engaging and interactive. I train and coach individuals from new starters to senior leaders and am responsible for Trainer/Coach development.
I love supporting the Life Sciences sector as it is innovative, fast-paced and high-growth. It is a fascinating sector to be involved in and the products and services designed and delivered by professionals in the industry have the potential to change the lives of individuals and communities for the better.
I can offer L&D consultancy and advisory including; strategy design, learning needs analysis, learning design and evaluation and trainer/coach development.
