I am a born and raised New Yorker and think NYC is the greatest city in the world. I love that there is always something to do here, as well as all the different types of people I've been fortunate enough to meet. I think this plays a big part in why I love my job, as I get to speak with people every day from different backgrounds and walks of life. 

I initially started my career as a news reporter but decided to make a career change in early 2017. I joined Meet in April 2021 after spending 3 years working at 2 different recruitment agencies. What drew me to Meet was the company's focus on providing a world-class service to both clients and candidates, and the family environment in the office. Finding a company that aligns with your personal goals and beliefs can be difficult, but I truly believe I have found that here at Meet.I guide candidates through the interview process from initial conversation through final offer stage, which includes everything from interview prep, interview feedback, offer negotiation, resignation management and more. 

I also work directly with our clients to support their critical hiring needs. On top of identifying talent, I provide market intel related to competitive salaries, best practices to hire top talent in a hot market and how to create a more efficient/streamlined interview process.The Life Sciences industry is fast-paced and always evolving. It's exciting to work so closely with Pharma and Biotech companies that are developing life-changing or life-altering medicines and devices.
