Division Manager
I joined Meet in January of 2019 after graduating with a dual degree in International Business and Human Resources. From seeing the internal side of recruitment, I realized that I wanted to transition into an external facing role to use every piece of my skillset. From building relationships with candidates and clients to assisting candidates in finding the perfect fit for them in the industry – I knew that this was the place that I wanted to be!
Here at Meet, we are a solely Life Sciences recruitment company where we are separated across different verticals within the industry to ensure that candidates/clients are receiving the best, personal, and tailored service provided to them. I specialize in Clinical Development and Medical Affairs recruitment across the East Coast.
As a Lead Recruiter, my role is divided between recruiting and managing candidates throughout the process, business development, client engagement, and management/mentorship. From starting out as a Resourcer who was solely focused on the delivery of candidates and then transitioning into a Lead Recruiter, a client and candidate facing role, I have been able to develop and use my skillset to advise candidates/clients on the best solution for them.
Additionally, I manage a team of junior recruiters who I coach, guide, and facilitate in the development of their careers as well.
