I joined Meet Recruitment back in 2018 after graduating with a degree in Psychology. Having studied how people behave and think, I knew Recruitment would be the perfect career for me - allowing me to work closely with brilliant, innovative people who come from different backgrounds but have one common goal - helping patients.

What makes Meet stand out is that we are ""vertical specific"", which means each team and Recruiter focuses on a specific, niche area within the Life Sciences sector. I myself am focused wholly on Regulatory Affairs recruitment, covering Clinical, CMC, Operations/Submissions, and Commercial realms.

My role at Meet encompasses candidate acquisition and management, client and business development, client management, people management, and everything in between! I first started off as a Resourcer, where I focused solely on candidate acquisition and management through the interview and offer process - including interview preparation, interview feedback, offer negotiation, resignation management and more. 

Through the years, I have moved up to a Lead Recruitment position where I now also focus on generating new business, assisting current clients with hard-to-fill vacancies, and helping consult several Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies on best practices and tactics to hire in-demand talent in a hot market.

There is no better industry to recruit in than the life sciences! Apart from it being a lucrative sector to recruit for, Life Sciences is dedicated to developing novel drugs/biologics and medical devices that are directly impacting human health and improving outcomes for patients with various rare, common, ultra-rare, and chronic conditions. It is inspiring to work with so many passionate, motivated candidates and clients alike who strive each day to enhance the quality of life and longevity of others.

Having the opportunity to place candidates and fill vacancies at various levels within the Life Science space allows me to have a small impact on the industry that is striving toward improvement of outcomes for patients worldwide.
