Originally from Atlanta, I moved to San Francisco and joined Meet as a Recruiter in 2017 for the launch of the office. I have technically worked at Meet twice, once as a Recruiter and then joined again as a Learning & Development Associate back in 2020. In between my times at Meet I worked in a non-recruiting sales role for 2 years. I was originally found Meet and was interested because I knew I wanted to be in recruiting and I was super excited about finding a life science specific agency as I came from a Biology background. What kept me around and what excited me to come back was truly, the people. Meet is fantastic at building teams of exceptional, kind-hearted people that are a blast to work with.

I work as the Learning & Development Partner, I am responsible for coaching and training both experienced and rookie recruiters. We have made great strides in the last 2 years to bulk out and optimize our training programs so that there is something for every level. We are constantly looking to adapt our training needs to the needs of our ever-changing business.
