Graduating with a BSc in Mathematics from the University of the West of England, I decided to peruse a career in recruitment to bolster my communication skills in a fast-paced environment that rewards hard work.

After spending 4 years in our London Headquarters, I moved from being the Team Leader for our direct-hire Medical Communications division, to relocating to the US to launch our East Coast Contract division. My role at Meet is to ensure the sustainable growth of our East Coast contract division. This involves:
- Overseeing all East Coast contract sales and operations
- Strategic thinking with the Global Managing Director and East Coast leadership team
- Performance analysis on an individual and team scale
- Client/Customer analysis and care
- Interviewing and hiring the next generation of talent to the contract team
- Creating a maintaining a high performance culture, rewarding high performance and supporting recruiters to reach their potential Not only is the Life Sciences industry fascinating, but its truly something that plays a huge role in our lives, and it's easy to take it for granted. I can't pretend to truly understand the magic in the research labs and clinical sites. However, what I can appreciate is how many people dedicate their lives to something that can impact the health of our loved ones. Whether it be cancer which has had devastating effects in our lifetime, COVID-19 or even mental health which is generating more awareness of late; it's crucial that we show our support and I recognize the role I can play.
