I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Studies, and got into agency recruitment immediately after graduating from Illinois State University in 2016. I am originally from Chicago, and moved to the Bay Area in September of 2020, which is when I joined Meet. I have over five years of experience recruiting for primarily small to mid-sized organizations, and have made successful placements varying in level from Specialist to C Suite. Since I began at Meet, my role has evolved from being an individual contributor for QA positions, to full-desk recruiting while leading a team of six QA and Tech Ops recruiters. My passions outside of work are weight lifting, biking, hiking, reading, and spending time with loved ones, especially my dog Axl. I am a full desk recruiter specialized in Quality Assurance roles, and lead a team of six who are split between QA and Tech Ops recruitment. I manage the full cycle recruiting process for several small to mid-sized clients in the Bay Area, and source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn ATS, and a vast existing network of candidates within the life sciences industry. I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with candidates and companies that are changing the world. Life sciences impacts everyone, and I feel extremely connected to my work knowing that we partner with clients who are on the forefront of developing treatments for people such as my mom, a cancer survivor, my grandfather who died of Alzheimer's, or the countless lives impacted by covid19. Remembering the importance of life sciences is grounding and motivating. My team has a track record of making successful placements for the companies we partner with, and have built out entire departments for numerous organizations.
