Account Manager - Associate Director – Healthcare & Financial Communications

Location: London, UK (Hybrid/Remote options available)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We are looking for an Account Manager to Associate Director (depending on experience) to join our team. If you are a communications professional passionate about healthcare and financial PR, and are ready to take on a role that blends strategic advisory, media relations, and reputation management, we want to hear from you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated communications strategies for clients in both healthcare and financial sectors
  • Manage client relationships, providing expert counsel on media engagement, brand positioning, and crisis communications
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, reports, speeches, and articles
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media, investors, and stakeholders across healthcare and financial services
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics to support client strategy
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on new business development and client pitches

 

Key Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience in healthcare and financial communications (agency or in-house)
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic communications counsel
  • Strong media relations experience, with a solid network in healthcare and/or financial media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating compelling content
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • A proactive and creative mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and innovation
  • Experience in investor relations, crisis communications, or corporate reputation management is a plus.
