My client is a boutique healthcare PR agency partnering with some of the world’s leading healthcare and life sciences brands. Their mission-driven team helps shape public understanding of science, medicine, and innovation — turning complex topics into stories that inspire action.
As an Account Executive, you'll play a hands-on role supporting project execution, media campaigns, and day-to-day client communication. This role is ideal for someone with foundational PR experience who’s ready to take on more ownership and continue building their career in healthcare communications.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for client projects
Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, vendors, and media contacts
Assist with event planning, budget tracking, and expense documentation
Contribute to media strategy and execute traditional and social media campaign
Build and manage media lists, pitch stories, and foster media relationships
Monitor coverage and support reporting on media results
Draft pitches, press materials, and client communications
Incorporate feedback and refine written content
Support junior team members, delegate tasks, and contribute to brainstorms
Assist with research and presentation development for new business efforts through research, ideas, and presentation development
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in PR, communications, journalism, or related field
2–3 years of public relations experience, ideally with healthcare exposure
Excellent writing, grammar, and storytelling skills
Familiarity with social media and media monitoring tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an eagerness to grow professionally
