Contract Recruiter

A leading global healthcare organization is launching a new manufacturing facility focused on producing innovative therapies. This is the company’s largest investment in manufacturing to date, and they are building a startup team to support this expansion.


Position Overview

The recruiter will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the new site. This includes partnering with hiring managers, shaping recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to design and execute tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide market insights and continuously improve recruitment practices.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a regulated industry.
  • Preferred:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience recruiting for pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing
  • Strong communication, data reporting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative
