Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing with start-up experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical device marketing, specifically within the Electrophysiology field, and will play a key role in shaping our brand and go-to-market strategy. This individual will work closely with the sales team, engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), develop impactful sales collateral, and contribute to the overall growth and visibility of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive product awareness and adoption in the Electrophysiology market.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to create and deliver compelling sales collateral, presentations, and tools.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen the company's position within the market.
  • Drive the creation of product positioning, messaging, and brand strategy tailored to the medical device and Electrophysiology space.
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, trade shows, and other promotional efforts.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Support the development of training programs for sales teams to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on Electrophysiology or similar fields.
  • Proven experience in a start-up environment, managing marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with sales teams, to develop effective marketing and sales materials.
  • Experience engaging with KOLs and building relationships within the medical community.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
