This is a standout opportunity for a senior leader with deep expertise in payer strategy, managed markets, and pharmaceutical commercialization to play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving growth, and influencing how innovative therapies reach patients.
They are seeking an EVP and Practice Lead who will own the strategic direction, financial performance, and continued expansion of a high-growth Market Access business within an integrated communications environment. The role works closely with Medical Communications and Advertising leadership to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions for biopharmaceutical clients.

Strategic Leadership & Growth
Lead and evolve the Market Access & Payer Marketing practice, setting the long-term vision
Own revenue, profitability, forecasting, and P&L performance
Identify and drive new business development and cross-sell opportunities across complementary service lines
Client Partnership
Act as a senior strategic advisor to clients, shaping access strategies aligned to brand and payer needs
Oversee the development of value propositions, payer messaging, and access tools (e.g., AMCP dossiers, budget impact models, payer communications)
Build trusted, senior-level client relationships
Team & Practice Development
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, multidisciplinary team across value communications, HEOR, and patient access
Foster strong collaboration across strategy, medical, and creative functions
Champion a science-first, insight-led, and outcomes-driven culture
Innovation & Thought Leadership
Stay ahead of evolving payer dynamics, regulatory change, and launch readiness best practices
Represent the practice externally through thought leadership, speaking, and publications
Drive innovation across access strategy, including digital solutions, analytics, and AI-enabled planning
They are looking for:
15+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical market access, payer marketing, brand strategy, or agency leadership
A proven track record leading complex engagements and delivering measurable commercial impact
Deep knowledge of the U.S. market access and compliance landscape
Strong financial acumen, including experience managing a business unit or P&L
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
