Their New York office is growing fast, and they’re seeking an Executive Creative Director to help lead that growth and set the creative bar at global level.
This is a rare opportunity to be the first senior creative hire in a newly launched U.S. team, reporting directly to the Global Chief Creative Officer, and to help shape the creative culture, direction, and legacy of a thriving challenger agency.

As Executive Creative Director, you’ll be responsible for setting the creative vision, mentoring talent, and driving award-worthy work across a mix of global healthcare brands.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and inspire creative teams to produce powerful, insight-driven campaigns across HCP, patient, and consumer audiences
Partner closely with strategy and account leadership to deliver cohesive, behaviour-changing work that challenges conventions
Oversee concept development and ensure creative excellence across all deliverables, from film and digital to experiential and omnichannel campaigns
Help build the creative culture in the growing NY office while collaborating with global teams across the network
Represent the agency in pitches, helping secure new business and shape long-term client relationships
A proven creative leader (CD, GCD, or ECD level) with an exceptional portfolio — ideally including award-winning healthcare or consumer health work
Experience working with pharma or biotech clients (HCP and/or DTC)
Confident leading integrated, cross-functional teams and partnering with clients on strategic and creative direction
Deep understanding of how to balance creativity with scientific accuracy, compliance, and commercial goals
