About the Company:
We are working with a prestigious, globally recognised pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation to find MES specialists with PASX and DeltaV expertise to support their European projects.
About the role:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and configuring MBRs (Master Batch Records) using Werum PAS-X MES and ensuring seamless integration with DeltaV DCS systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes. This role is pivotal in supporting digital transformation within the production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and model MBRs using Werum PAS-X MES.
- Integrate and troubleshoot DeltaV DCS with MES to ensure smooth process control and data flow.
- Work with stakeholders to understand manufacturing requirements and translate them into functional MBRs.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Conduct testing, validation, and commissioning of MES and DeltaV systems.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Ensure that all solutions comply with GMP, FDA, and other relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an MES Modeler with expertise in Werum PAS-X.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS.
- Background in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is essential.
- Familiarity with GMP, GxP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
