General Responsibilities:
The Sr. Product Manager will have the primary responsibility to manage product lines from development to commercialization to support the growth of the business through new product introductions worldwide.

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 7 years of experience; or Master’s degree with minimum of 5 years of experience.
Expertise:
• 7+ years of product management, product marketing or sales experience, ideally in the medical device industry (a plus if in spine or ortho).
• Hands-on experience in fast-growth commercial environment. Experience with both large (established) and small companies a plus.
• Superior written and verbal communicator coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills are critical.
• Able to work in a high-performing team environment and possess a demonstrated ability to multi-task and accommodate changing priorities within compressed timelines.
