  • Set and manage timelines, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Oversee clinical trial needs and work with internal teams to ensure that clinical programs are progressing smoothly.
  • Support the Senior VP of R&D Operations in driving program success and resolving any cross-functional obstacles.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program management, specifically with programs that have transitioned from pre-clinical to clinical development.

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior management role, ideally at a senior director level.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Project Management certification is a strong asset.

Time Commitment & Location:

  • This position can be part-time if contracted, with flexibility on hours. Full-time employment is also an option.
  • For contract consultants: Location is flexible, with no specific requirement on geographic location.
  • For full-time hires: Preference for candidates located in the Greater Boston or Seattle, WA area.

Compensation:

  • Compensation will be commensurate with experience and the seniority of the position (Senior Director/Director level). Further details will be provided during the interview process.

Start Date & Hiring Process:

  • We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, ideally by the end of the month.
  • The role will initially be a 3-month contract, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.
  • Candidates for the consultant role will have an interview process with key stakeholders, while direct-to-hire candidates will undergo a more in-depth hiring process.
