The Role
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Project Engineer to join our team and take on a key role in managing capital investment projects. You will lead and support various work packages as part of our exciting new facility development, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project work packages, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Provide technical leadership in your area of expertise (process, mechanical, or electrical engineering).
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage design, fabrication, installation, and testing activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovative solutions and implementing process enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all stages of project delivery.
  • Support commissioning and qualification activities, ensuring smooth project handover to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Experience in project management within a regulated environment, ideally pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of engineering design processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical evaluations and reviews.
  • Collaborative and communicative team player with the ability to manage vendor relationships and cross-functional teams.
