As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the organization's future by identifying and hiring top talent. Working closely with hiring managers, this individual will develop recruitment strategies aligned with the company's mission to deliver innovative healthcare marketing solutions. With a strong understanding of the healthcare marketing landscape, the Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. By maintaining robust talent pipelines and leveraging data-driven insights, they will optimize hiring outcomes and contribute to the success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Account Services, Strategy, PMO, Creative, and Innovation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing on LinkedIn, professional networks, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and create tailored recruitment strategies for each role.
- Maintain job postings and track candidate engagement through ATS.
- Drive best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring to attract diverse talent.
- Organize recruitment events and industry networking opportunities to build talent pipelines.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Stay updated on trends in talent acquisition and conduct market research to recommend effective sourcing strategies.
Requirements:
- 2/ 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in Pharma Advertising.
- Proven ability to recruit for roles across Account Services, Strategy, PMO, Creative, and Innovation in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and other innovative tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions while fostering relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize recruitment strategies and a commitment to diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition.
