Meet is proud to partner with a cutting-edge biotechnology out of California developing therapeutics for autoimmune, neurodegenerative and ophthalmic disorders.
THE POSITION:
We're searching for an Research Project Manager to join a multi-disciplinary team, working closely with various groups including PK/PD, Bioanalytical, ClinPharm, etc, who are outsourcing work to CROs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
ROLE DETAILS:
This is a fully remote contract opportunity requiring a 40 hr/week commitment for 6+ months and has potential for longer-term employment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with various research groups to align on project goals and objectives
- Facilitate including agendas, meeting minutes, and action items for project team meetings
- Support development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocations and adherence to project milestones
- Maintain dashboards to communicate project updates and status reports to Management and relevant stakeholders
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS or advanced degree with 4+ years of project management experience in the pharma/biotech industry
- Project management experience supporting research studies (bioanalytical, PK/PD, etc)
- Tech savvy, including working with dashboard
