They’re seeking a Senior Account Manager with strong HCP & Patient experience to help lead dynamic projects across strategy, digital, and social initiatives. This is a fully remote role open to candidates anywhere on the East Coast.
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day client management and lead cross-functional collaboration across account, creative, and project management teams. You’ll play a key role in building strong client partnerships, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring top-quality execution on a range of innovative healthcare campaigns.
Lead daily client communications and manage multiple high-profile accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, and strategic channels
Guide account managers and project teams, providing mentorship and leadership
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution
Lead client meetings and ensure alignment between agency objectives and client goals
Support business development and contribute to the agency’s continued growth
3–4 years of healthcare advertising agency experience
Proven background in HCP & Patient communications (rare disease or oncology preferred)
Strong organizational and client relationship management skills
Strategic thinker with experience leading integrated campaigns
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
Work with transformative pharma and biotech brands making real impact
