What you'll do:
As a Biostatistician, you will play a critical role in advancing our clinical programs by applying statistical expertise to complex biological and clinical data. Your contributions will directly impact data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, cutting-edge biotech environment.
- Provide statistical expertise for clinical study design, data analysis, and interpretation to drive data-driven decisions.
- Develop and review statistical analysis plans (SAPs), programming specifications, and data visualizations to support clinical trials and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, data science, regulatory, and biometrics teams to ensure high-quality, reproducible results.
- Act as a key contributor for regulatory submissions, including interactions with the FDA and other global health authorities.
- Support real-world data analysis and machine learning-driven insights, integrating traditional biostatistics with an AI-driven approach.
- Mentor junior team members and help maintain best practices for statistical methodologies within the organization.
What You Bring:
- PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field with 3+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Biostatistics.
- Strong background in clinical trial design, Bayesian modeling, adaptive trials, and/or biomarker-driven analysis.
- Experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO environments, with a preference for candidates familiar with early-phase clinical trials.
- Proficiency in SAS and R, with experience in high-dimensional data analysis or AI/ML-enhanced analytics being a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience presenting statistical results to cross-functional teams.
