I'm excited to be a partnered with an independently-owned, Pharma Advertising agency on their search for a Senior / Managing Director to join and lead their Account Services team. My client has recently won a huge piece of business on one of their largest accounts, and they are excited to bring on a seasoned leader to drive the brand's continued growth and success.

Job Description:
- Lead the day-to-day management of your assigned account(s), identifying opportunities for organic growth, across multiple the pieces of business (DTC)
- Manages and oversees the work of your team(s), ensuring they have all the resources necessary to execute the plan and meet expectations
- Work cross-functionally with the wider account services team and internal teams, to ensure client goals and deadlines are met efficiently and effectively
- Develop client relationships resulting in continued engagement with the agency by providing points of view during periods of high competitor activity, congress activity, and slow periods on the account
- Sets the strategic direction, ensuring brand objectives are pulled through appropriately
- Involved in the hiring process and responsible for training new team members to the agency and department, mentoring junior staff and ensuring we align talent to task
Skills Required:
- 10 - 15 years' of healthcare/pharmaceutical advertising marketing experience
- 6+ years of supervisory experience with the ability to manage and train staff
- Superb communication, interpersonal, and client management skill
- Ability to work in a fast paced, tight-deadline work environment
- Deep experience in “high science” categories and pitch experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
