Senior Medical Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Medical Director to join our client's growing team and play a pivotal role in the clinical development of novel therapies for multiple myeloma. This is an opportunity to shape clinical strategy, drive trial execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a biotech environment focused on innovation in hematologic malignancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide scientific and strategic leadership for clinical development programs in multiple myeloma.
• Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of clinical trials, ensuring high-quality data and alignment with regulatory standards.
• Serve as a medical expert in interactions with investigators, KOLs, regulatory agencies, and external partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including regulatory affairs, medical affairs, translational science, and commercial to drive clinical success.
• Contribute to publications, presentations, and conference participation to establish thought leadership in the field.

Qualifications:
MD or MD/PhD, with board certification in Hematology/Oncology
Multiple myeloma experience (academia and/or industry)
Strong clinical trial experience, including protocol development and execution
Ability to translate scientific insights into clinical strategy
Experience in a biotech or pharma setting is a plus, but academic candidates are welcome to apply
