This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Medical Writer (or experienced Medical Writer ready to step up) to join a high-performing team supporting global, high-profile accounts in infectious disease and mental health. You’ll play a key role in crafting scientific content that underpins impactful medical and promotional programs for healthcare professionals and patients alike.
Key responsibilities:
Develop scientifically accurate, engaging materials including eDetail aids, leavepieces, congress content, websites, and educational programs
Partner closely with creative, strategy, and client teams to ensure scientific integrity and strategic alignment across deliverables
Translate complex clinical data into clear, accessible messaging for diverse audiences
Contribute to scientific strategy and storytelling that drives meaningful engagement and behavior change
Support account growth and mentor junior writers as the team expands
Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD preferred, MSc or PharmD also considered)
3+ years experience in healthcare communications, with a focus on promotional med comms
Strong understanding of scientific and regulatory requirements within the pharma industry
Experience in HIV and/or neuroscience (schizophrenia) is highly desirable
Excellent writing, storytelling, and scientific interpretation skills
