The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Medical Writer (or experienced Medical Writer ready to step up) to join a high-performing team supporting global, high-profile accounts in infectious disease and mental health. You’ll play a key role in crafting scientific content that underpins impactful medical and promotional programs for healthcare professionals and patients alike.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop scientifically accurate, engaging materials including eDetail aids, leavepieces, congress content, websites, and educational programs

  • Partner closely with creative, strategy, and client teams to ensure scientific integrity and strategic alignment across deliverables

  • Translate complex clinical data into clear, accessible messaging for diverse audiences

  • Contribute to scientific strategy and storytelling that drives meaningful engagement and behavior change

  • Support account growth and mentor junior writers as the team expands

About You:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD preferred, MSc or PharmD also considered)

  • 3+ years experience in healthcare communications, with a focus on promotional med comms

  • Strong understanding of scientific and regulatory requirements within the pharma industry

  • Experience in HIV and/or neuroscience (schizophrenia) is highly desirable

  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and scientific interpretation skills

  • Collaborative, “roll up your sleeves” mindset, a true team player who thrives in a close-knit, fast-paced environment
