About:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Senior Statistical Programmer to join a dynamic Biometrics team within a leading Pharmaceutical Company. This is a Contract, remote role where as a Senior Statistical Programmer, you will play a key role in analyzing complex clinical and biological datasets, supporting regulatory submissions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance our mission of industrializing drug discovery.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, validate, and maintain statistical programs in SAS and R to support clinical trial analyses, regulatory submissions, and exploratory research.
- Generate tables, listings, and figures (TLFs), statistical outputs, and ad hoc analyses for clinical studies.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM), and adherence to regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, etc.).
- Collaborate with Biostatisticians, Data Scientists, and Clinical teams to optimize workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to automated and scalable programming solutions, leveraging an AI-driven platform.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior programmers and support best practices in statistical programming.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in statistical programming within biotech, pharma, or CRO environments.
- Proficiency in SAS programming (including macro development, PROC REPORT, PROC SQL) and experience with R for statistical analyses.
- Strong understanding of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM), regulatory requirements, and clinical trial data structures.
- Experience in automating workflows, data visualization, and working with large-scale clinical datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative biotech environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
