Position Overview
As a Senior Strategist, you’ll be part of a dynamic strategy team within our Advertising discipline, dedicated to building powerful, impactful healthcare brands. This role involves transforming complex ideas into clear, actionable strategies, developing brand experiences that resonate, and delivering exceptional results for some of the world’s most respected healthcare clients. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, balancing both patient-centered insights and the client's goals to create a unified brand story.
Key Responsibilities
Audience Insights & Strategy: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to build comprehensive customer insights and segmentation. Use this information to identify opportunities, align with market analytics, and contribute to brand differentiation across the customer journey.
Brand Planning & Omnichannel Execution: Develop and execute brand strategies that meet business objectives, including customer journeys, channel strategies, and communication plans. Lead workshops with global stakeholders, facilitating strategic clarity and engagement.
Client Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor, providing evidence-based recommendations to support cross-channel communications. Lead discussions that guide client decision-making and foster long-term partnerships.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, valuing and contributing to the craft. Build fast, collaborative relationships to transform brand strategy into creative briefs that inspire.
Ideal Candidate Profile
You are intellectually curious, proactive, and unafraid of complex challenges. You bring a strong background in brand strategy, omnichannel communications, and healthcare marketing. Able to build compelling narratives that move beyond traditional approaches, you’re skilled in strategic thinking and driven to deliver results.
Skills & Competencies: Expertise in communications planning, relationship-building, and a keen sense of emerging industry trends. Strong visual storytelling skills are essential.
