Clinical Research Associate / Clinical Specialist 

Belgium Based - Site visits across Netherlands and Germany 
12 Month Contract - 0.6 FTE

About The Role: 

We are searching for a CRA to join an international medical device business within its Clinical Affairs team.
Based in Belgium, this role will support clinical studies involving implantable cardiac / cardiovascular devices, with activity across Belgium, Netherlands and Germany. It is a hands-on, field-based opportunity combining site-facing support, study coordination and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support clinical studies from site start-up through to close-out.
• Act as a key point of contact for investigators, hospitals and study sites.
• Provide clinical and operational support to sites throughout the study lifecycle.
• Carry out site management and monitoring activities, helping ensure studies run to timeline and quality expectations.
• Prepare accurate study updates and communicate progress to the wider clinical/project team.
• Support ethics / regulatory submissions, site documentation and broader clinical study administration.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in clinical studies.
• Ideally experience within the medical device sector, particularly site-facing clinical research roles.
• Strong background in site management, monitoring, investigator support and study coordination.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with basic understanding of German
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence working in compliance-driven clinical environments.
• Comfortable with regular travel and working across international, cross-functional teams.
