Senior/Clinical Trial Management Associate, Clinical Operations

Position Summary

A clinical-stage biotechnology company is seeking a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Senior Clinical Trial Management Associate or Clinical Trial Management Associate to join its Clinical Operations team.

This individual will support the planning, execution, and oversight of Phase I–III clinical trials in an industry setting. The role will work closely with Clinical Operations leadership, cross-functional team members, clinical sites, CROs, and external vendors to help ensure studies are delivered in accordance with established timelines, quality standards, study protocols, Good Clinical Practice, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Three to five or more years of relevant experience within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, clinical research, or healthcare environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline.

  • Experience supporting company-sponsored clinical trials is required.

  • Previous experience supporting Phase I–III clinical studies.

  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations and study execution.

  • Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice guidelines, FDA regulations, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to support multiple study activities, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.

  • Previous oncology clinical trial experience is preferred.
