Our client is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on small-molecule drug development using a precision-medicine approach, with an emphasis on addressing unmet needs in oncology. They are hiring a Medical Director / Senior Medical Director, Oncology Clinical Development (Early Stage) to provide medical leadership across early-phase studies and contribute to broader clinical development strategy.
You will serve as the Study Responsible Physician for one or more early development oncology studies, partnering closely with cross-functional teams (clinical operations, biostatistics, regulatory, translational, and more) and engaging with external investigators and key stakeholders. This is a remote (USA) role with up to ~30% travel for key conferences and essential in-person meetings. Occasional on-call or out-of-hours work may be needed based on study demands.
This role offers a base salary between £300,000 and £350,000, depending on experience.
