Senior Specialist, Quality Systems
Our biotech partner is a well-established, commercially successful clinical stage biotech in the Bay Area that is seeking a Senior Specialist of Quality Systems to lead on administration of their Quality Management System and LMS to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with the entire team to ensure seamless system operation. The organization is working across a large clinical pipeline of oncology, endocrinology, and metabolic disease programs. This role will require 3 days onsite out of Redwood City, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Administer Veeva QMS & QualityDocs and ComplianceWire LMS
- Manage workflows, user access, and system performance
- Support quality events (deviations, CAPA, change control)
- Lead system optimization and compliance reporting
Requirements:
- 6+ years in pharmaceutical quality systems
- Strong hands-on Veeva and ComplianceWire expertise
- Configuration & lifecycle management experience
- BA/BS in science, tech, or engineering
