As we prepare for expansion into the U.S. market, we are looking for a skilled Vice President of Commercial to lead our commercialization efforts, build a high-performance team, and leverage strong industry relationships to drive growth.

 

Job Overview

The Vice President of U.S. Sales will be pivotal in shaping and executing the commercial strategy for the U.S. market. This leader will oversee the expansion of the commercial team, implement effective sales strategies, develop comprehensive training programs, and cultivate a results-oriented culture that aligns with our mission of improving patient outcomes in a socially responsible way.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing commercial team, including sales, marketing, and support staff, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
  • Revenue Growth: Utilize relationships with electrophysiologists, healthcare providers, key stakeholders, and industry professionals to drive product adoption, market penetration, and achieve or surpass revenue goals.
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive U.S. commercialization strategy for our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Set accurate sales forecasts and create plans to achieve ambitious growth targets, adapting to changes in the market.
  • Training & Development: Design and oversee training programs that ensure the sales team has an in-depth understanding of the products, the competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions and optimize the go-to-market strategy.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles in the medical device or elecrophysiology sectors.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling medical device products in the U.S. market.
  • Strong relationships and credibility within the healthcare or electrophysiology community.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the industry and regulatory environment.

 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role will be based in an office or remote environment with no expected adverse conditions. Physical activities/requirements for this position include:

  • Remaining stationary or sitting/standing for extended periods.
  • Repetitive motions such as typing, affecting the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Communicating with others for information exchange.
  • Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 20 pounds.
