- Lead and mentor the CMC group
- Develop and execute CMC strategies
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and GMP standards
- Supporting Quality, Process Development and Production activities
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business
- Proven expertise in CMC
- Expertise in late-stage development and commercialization
- Background in CAR-T Cell Therapy or similar
- Ph.D. ideal, however open to master’s degree
