This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced communications professional who thrives in both traditional public relations and modern digital engagement. You’ll help shape strategy, lead client relationships, and guide the agency’s integration of data, analytics, and digital storytelling, all while preserving the close-knit, collaborative culture that makes this team special.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic lead across multiple healthcare accounts, blending traditional PR, corporate comms, and digital-first initiatives
Partner with senior leadership to evolve the agency’s offerings, introducing innovative approaches in analytics, content, and paid social
Mentor and develop high-performing teams while remaining hands-on with client work
Drive thought leadership, new business development, and relationship-building with senior client stakeholders
Integrate modern communication tools and performance measurement into established PR programs
10+ years of experience in healthcare public relations or integrated communications, ideally within an agency environment
Proven expertise across corporate, product, and advocacy communications
Strong working knowledge of digital media, analytics, and social content strategy
Ability to seamlessly bridge traditional and digital disciplines, and modernize without losing the human touch
Hands-on leader, collaborative, approachable, and motivated to “roll up your sleeves” in a boutique setting
Polished communicator and trusted client partner with strategic and commercial acumen
Experience building relationships and contributing to agency growth through business development or client expansion
