We’re pleased to announce that Meet Life Sciences has been awarded the Feefo Platinum Service Award for a second year in a row.
After winning Gold consecutively in 2022, 2023 and 2024, we were awarded with the highest honour last year – and we’re delighted to know that, thanks to our outstanding service within the life sciences industry, we’ve been awarded Platinum once again.
Feefo is a leading customer review platform, offering 100% honest and authentic feedback from verified customers. As well as providing feedback and hearing about our services first-hand, customers give rate their experiences out of five stars.
Every year, Feefo’s Trusted Service Awards shed light on businesses that have been recognized for their outstanding service. The winners are decided based on their customer reviews and ratings, and they receive either a Trusted, Gold or Platinum award title.
Trusted: Between 4.0 and 4.4
Gold: 4.5 and above
Platinum: Achieved Gold for 3 years in a row
Our main reason for using Feefo is that it helps with our growth as a business. By gathering feedback from real people within the Life Sciences community, we can see what we’re doing well across our global teams – but more importantly, we gain an understanding of how to do better.
With so many reviews offering insightful feedback, we can make continual improvements in how we work. We can also channel these insights to improve our Learning and Development programs, which is really important to us.
A Platinum Trusted Service Award is an excellent way to celebrate our seven-year partnership with Feefo. After three years of consecutive Gold Awards, we’re beyond happy to hold a Platinum badge next to our name for a second time.
We always strive to perform to the best of our abilities, delivering exceptional service to those in the Life Sciences community. And along with our 4.8/5-star rating, we now have a stamp that lets people know we always go above and beyond.
