Hosted at LinkedIn’s new Experience Centre, four influential female leaders will be taking centre stage to share their expertise, experiences and perspectives on tackling gender disparity in leadership roles within Life Sciences. We’ll be sparking conversations that will inspire action, so that leadership at all levels within the industry can become more diverse and representative.  

💜  Kerry Randall: Kerry is the Senior Vice President & Head of Global Site Management at IQVIA. We’re excited to welcome her back after she participated in our previous Women in Leadership roundtable event. 

💜  Tia Lyles-Williams: Tia is a remarkable Life Sciences founder & CEO. She’s also the first African American queer woman to own and lead a biopharma manufacturing company (among many other accomplishments).

💜  Claire MacLeod: Claire is the Senior Vice President of Talent here at Meet Life Sciences and has actively been improving and tailoring our diversity strategy to ensure our environment is welcoming and inclusive.

💜  Dr. Elsa Zekeng: Elsa is a scientist, entrepreneur and founder of SökerData – a start-up focused on increasing equity in clinical trials for women and black and ethnic minority groups.
