Role Summary:
As Vice President, Clinical Development, you will serve as the strategic architect for the company’s autoimmune pipeline. You will lead high-level planning, foster collaborations with internal teams and external partners, and ensure the clinical integrity and regulatory success of trials. This role offers a combination of strategic oversight and leadership, supporting the company’s growth ambitions while maintaining a focus on patient safety and scientific rigor. The position is based on-site, with opportunities to collaborate across teams and with key stakeholders.

This role offers a base salary between $400,000 and $450,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include stock options, restricted stock units, a stock purchase plan, and a targeted bonus.
