About the Opportunity
Our client is one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies in healthcare, building mission-critical technology that sits directly inside payer and clinical workflows. They are hiring a Director of Deployment to lead enterprise implementations of their platform across strategic customers.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly strategic, forward deployed leadership role where you will sit at the intersection of customers, product, engineering, and operations—owning deployments from signed contract through go-live and long-term handoff.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead enterprise customer deployments from post-sale through implementation, go-live, and transition to maintenance
• Serve as the primary strategic operator across customer, product, and engineering teams during deployment
• Translate complex technical products into real-world enterprise outcomes for healthcare customers
• Drive implementation strategy for highly technical, workflow-heavy deployments within payer / clinical environments
• Partner cross-functionally with internal product and engineering teams to shape deployment strategy and improve implementation scalability
• Build repeatable processes and infrastructure to support long-term deployment excellence as the company scales

Ideal Background

• Experience leading enterprise deployments / implementations / forward deployed engagements for highly technical products
• Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to manage strategic enterprise relationships
• Technical fluency and comfort operating with engineering/product teams
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred, particularly within payer, clinical, or healthcare operations environments

Preferred Profile
We are particularly interested in candidates who bring some combination of the below:

• Background in Customer Success, Strategic Services, Solutions, Deployment, or Implementation Leadership
• Experience at Palantir, Sierra, or similar forward deployed / enterprise technical deployment organizations
• Prior MBB consulting experience (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
• Founder / startup operator experience
• Clinical background or direct healthcare workflow expertise
